If Qihoo 360 (360 Total Security) is flagging your site or a file — often showing up as QVM AI/heuristic labels (e.g. HEUR/QVM03.0.Malware.Gen), generic *.Malware.Gen, plus bundled Bitdefender signatures — it is either a real infection or a false positive from a past issue. Here is how to get it cleared.

Step 1 — Confirm it is really a false positive

Do not request removal while malware is still present, or the flag returns. Check first:

  2. Upload the flagged file (RAR/ZIP/7z, up to 20 MB) or paste the URL.
  3. Attach a detection screenshot and enter the exact detection name (e.g. HEUR/QVM…).
  4. Provide your email, describe the software, and pass the CAPTCHA.
  5. Submit, then re-scan after the cloud verdict updates.
